Lyrics From The Past

It was a dark and stormy night on March 15th, 2006. I was sitting on the floor of my house (well, actually it was my parents house… but you get the idea) wrapped in a thick blanket of thought. I had been experimenting around with some lyrics that were forcing their way into my brain after a small group meeting church. These are great lyrics (in my opinion, obviously since I wrote them) however they are in need of a musical melody. I am going to try to come up with a musical key, and notes to go along with these lyrics but if you have any ideas, please don’t hold them captive in your brain. Let me know! The song is called, “Here by Your Side”.
